There is light wear along the edges, but otherwise in great condition. The 3rd book has a few light creases on the cover, but nothing bad. Each book has color illustrations in the front.
First book is 'Collectors Edition', which just means it comes with a dust jacket, which has largely protected it from the wear and tear you see on the other books.
